Ideally, you will have some work experience (at least six months to a year) after having finished college or A-levels. Those who have worked straight from school will also be considered, as long as you have a few years relevant work experience in a sales or technical role.
If the work experience is purely sales based, the subjects studied in school or college should include some technical aspects, such as ‘design technology’ or similar. If not, then someone who shows some basic technical knowledge or enthusiasm for a technical sales role will be necessary.
Our reputation for excellence is firmly rooted in the skills and knowledge of our team. And because it’s so important that we have the right people for the right role, we are keen to train and develop every member of staff. It’s a bit cliché, but the sky really is the limit at Ogle.
