Ogle Models and Prototypes Ltd is a leading Model Making and prototyping company with over 70 years’ experience in the manufacture of high quality models and prototypes, in order to enhance and strengthen our model shop team we require a highly experienced Senior Model Maker to work primarily on the manufacture of large aircraft mock-ups and prototypes i.e. business class seating units, bar units, monuments etc. But still with the ability to work on a large and varied range of models and prototypes for the product, medical and automotive industries.

The role:

We require a highly experienced Senior Model Maker to work primarily on the manufacture of large aircraft mock-ups and prototypes. The ideal candidate will still be able to work on a large and varied range of models and prototypes for the product, medical and automotive industries.

Requirements:

• Conversion and preparation of customer CAD files to enable the manufacture of models and prototype.
• Manufacture of models and prototypes to the highest standard utilising all industrial machines and workshop tools.
• Plan output and material requirements in order to meet targets.
• Has experience with electrical components such as lighting and motion controls.
• Liaise with customers on technical and quality issues.
