Traditional model making is a highly complex process, which involves skilled craftsmen to manually fashion a 3-D physical model by interpreting the original design data.
Not something that can simply be learnt overnight, it takes years of experience to perfect the art of model making.
Our model making team are a group of highly creative, professional, problem solvers. We call upon their skill and experience to bring you the best possible model.
This, together with the latest modern materials, up-to-date techniques and our rapid prototyping capabilities, proves to be a powerful combination.
CNC Machining takes 3D CAD data and generates a cutter path using the latest VX Visions software. This allows us to programme our NC machines to supply models, components and patterns from PU modelboard, plastics or aluminium. Colour and texture can be added, once completed, to produce stunning, visually accurate models to within +/-0.05mm of the design (depending on complexity of the design).
