Finishing Department

When you are showing your in-house or external client the importance of a properly finished model cannot be overstated.

First impressions are everything!

Which is why our paint and finishing department is dedicated to finishing your model and prototype to the highest standard.

For a painted part we ensure that all evidence of any layering is removed by hand, taking great care to ensure that any fine detail is kept the way you designed it. You will have supplied us a colour reference or even just a swatch of material as we have our own in-house paint colour mixing facility.

You may then need graphics applying to ensure real life fidelity- to ensure we apply what you have designed we can use good quality .AI files (These are Illustrator files), JPG’s and PDF’s.

Some of our clients require highly chromed parts and we offer vacuum metallising and can add chrome onto plastic parts. You may require a full automotive lighting prototype - we offer anything from a space model right through to a fully working (including temperature) lamp set.
